Pedro Pascal is officially taking Din Djarin to the big screen. The first full trailer for Star Wars: The Mandalorian & Grogu dropped Tuesday, marking the theatrical debut of the helmeted bounty hunter and his scene stealing sidekick Grogu, still known to the world as Baby Yoda whether Disney likes it or not.
The film spins out of The Mandalorian and expands the scope in a big way. New footage shows Pascal unmasked in a rare moment of vulnerability, alongside Sigourney Weaver as Colonel Ward, who frames the mission plainly. This is not revenge. It is about stopping another war. Jeremy Allen White also joins the cast.
Set after the fall of the Empire, the film arrives May 22 and becomes the first Star Wars theatrical release since The Rise of Skywalker, ushering in a new era at Lucasfilm under Dave Filoni and Lynwen Brennan.
