Rockstar Games and Netflix are teaming up for a special extended preview of Grand Theft Auto VI ahead of the game’s fall release.
The presentation will premiere exclusively on Netflix on Thursday, August 27, at 3 p.m. ET. The event is being described as a first-of-its-kind partnership between the streaming service and Rockstar Games.
The preview arrives nearly three months before Grand Theft Auto VI launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026.
The latest chapter returns players to Vice City and follows Jason and Lucia, two criminals whose plans unravel after an easy score goes wrong. Their situation pulls them into a conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida, forcing the pair to rely on each other as the trouble around them escalates.
Rockstar and Netflix have not revealed how long the extended presentation will run or exactly how much new footage it will include. Still, for fans waiting to see more of Vice City, August 27 just became a date worth circling.
